组织微阵列在肿瘤学研究中的应用

摘要 人体肿瘤的发生与发展是由多种肿瘤相关基因改变引起 ,在这一过程中 ,众多的癌基因、抑癌基因以及其它与细胞增殖和凋亡相关的基因共同发挥作用。要进行肿瘤发病机制的研究 ,就必须全面了解肿瘤基因改变及表达情况 ,从数目巨大、潜在的肿瘤相关基因中找到可用于肿瘤诊断、评价预后及治疗的肿瘤标记物。传统的分子病理学方法需时久 ,耗费大量人力、财力和物力。组织微阵列技术作为一种高效、简便和标准化的方法 ,用于进行多基因大样本量的肿瘤学研究 ,是一种极为有效的方法 ,它具有省时、经济等优点 ,有十分广阔的应用前景。 The occurence and progress of human carcinoma are concerned with alteration of many tumor associated genes, a numerous oncogene, anti-oncogene and other cell proliferation and apoptosis correlated genes produce a marked effect in this process. To research into pathogenesis of carcinoma, we must understand the overall state of alteration and expression of oncogene,then find tumor marker applied to diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and treatment of carcinoma in numerous and potential genes.The traditional method of molecular pathology will cost many times and expenses to do this work. Tissue microarray is a new technology on neoplasms studies.It is an efficient,convenient and standardized method applied to research in oncology.
