中国铁路“走出去”信号设计探讨

Signal Design About China Railway "Going Global"

通过分析中国铁路信号设计在国内外的现状,紧紧抓住铁路信号设计的突出特点,从最基本的信号三要素"信号机、道岔、轨道电路"设计元素出发,用所在国的语言字母替代汉语拼音字母,实现了铁路信号设计与当地语言文化的有机结合,减少了设计、翻译的工作量,提高了设计质量和设计效率,达到了事半功倍的效果。并以英语为例进行了较为详细的设计举例说明,对于中国铁路"走出去",更重要的是对中国铁路的技术和标准体系"推出去"、留下来,逐步与国际接轨的信号设计,具有指导意义。

Through analyzing the current situation of the design of domestic and oversea railway signaling and focusing on the design feature of China railway signaling in term of the three basic devising elements of signaling：signal,switch,and track circuit,we replace Chinese phonetic alphabet with language letters of the host countries to achieve a combination of the design of railway signaling with local languages so as to decrease the workload of design and translation and to improve the quality and efficiency of design.Take English as example,a detail design is given.In the process of pushing Chinese railway go global,the specification and standard of Chinese signal system should be push forward firstly and accepted by other countries significance after and further in line with international specification and standard.
