摘要 为了研究健身训练对大学生身体成分与身体素质的影响,通过有氧健身训练,分三个阶段对受测女大学生进行测试分析,结果显示体重均值、脂肪均值、腰臀比、瘦体重均值和身体质量指数表现出下降的趋势,而基础代谢率均值、肌肉量、瘦体重指数、100m、800m、立定跳远和仰卧起坐呈上升趋势,试验前后相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明有氧健身训练对于提高女大学生的身体素质、改善身体成分、美体塑形具有很好的效果。 In order to study the fitness training on college students' body composition and the influence of physical quality, through aerobic training, in three stages of female college students were tested under test analysis, the results show that the mean weight, fat mean, waist-hip ratio, average lean body mass and body mass index showed a downward trend, while the mean basal metabolic rate, muscle mass, 100 m and 800 m and sit-ups on the rise, compared before and after the test, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Show that aerobic training for improving female students' physical quality.
