施工企业项目部是为了具体施工进程和经济利益而成立的,在经营的过程中也一直以追逐效益为目标,从而导致思想政治教育活动较为松懈,影响了项目部的和谐发展和员工的个人成长.本文在对一些施工企业项目部进行了调查与分析的基础上,提出了提高项目部思想政治教育有效性的途径。
