随着旅游业的快速发展,我国旅游市场也发生了翻天覆地的变化,客源结构发生了明显转变,进入了散客旅游时代。随着散客时代的来临,许多自由行游客购买旅行社产品的模式发生了变化。体验经济背景下,如何获得自由行游客的青睐,已经成为旅游企业竞争的关键。本文通过分析散客自由行的出游特点,提出自由行游客的旅游管理,希望能对旅游企业一点帮助。
