大型运动会礼仪人员仪态训练方法

Analysis on the Deportment Training Methods of Ceremonial Personnel for Large-Scale Sports Games

2014年第二届夏季青年奥林匹克运动会在南京成功举办。本人承担一部分颁奖礼仪人员培训工作,利用五个半月的双休把491名零基础的普通大学生训练有成且达到世界级颁奖礼仪人员的水平,对我们来说是一项及有挑战的工作。首先,要打破克服原有枯燥无味的训练,想方设法增强训练的趣味性,设计符合学生的心理特点的训练课程。其次,借助人体解剖学、心理学、舞蹈形体训练、多媒体教学等层层递进的方式塑造学生优美的仪态,端庄大方的形象。礼仪队进行了237场青奥会颁奖活动,完美的诠释了中华礼仪之邦的风范,为本次青奥盛会增加了一抹最亮丽的风景。最终取得的成效说明这种循序渐进的训练方法是非常成功的。

The author undertook the deportment training tasks of ceremonial personnel for the Second Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing. By using the following deportment training methods, the author has successfully improved the serving quality of 491 ceremony personnel who originally were nearly zero-based university students. Firstly, try to break free from the boring training convention and flavor the training by integrate it with the trainees＇ psychology. Secondly, by means of the characters of anthropotomy, figure training and, try to achieve a step-by-stepdevelopment on the Deportment Training.
