随着科学技术的不断发展及更新,既有的重庆市乡镇多层混合结构房屋安全性鉴定面临多种困境,本文从我国现行技术规范、相关法律规定、乡镇自建房屋历史发展等方面表述技术层面上的乡镇多层混合结构房屋安全性鉴定的基本要求,探讨了在尊重历史发展的前提下重庆市乡镇多层混合结构房屋安全性鉴定的方法及房屋安全的最低要求,其技术观点可供乡镇多层混合结构房屋安全性鉴定参考和借鉴。

With the growing development and upgrading of scientific technologies,the security evaluation of multi-layered hybrid structured houses in Chongqing is faced with various difficulties.Based on the basic technological requirements stated from the current technical codes,related laws and regulations,the historical development of rural houses in towns and counties etc,this paper discusses the evaluation methods and the lowest requirement of house security.It can offer some references.
