探析建筑外墙保温工程的质量监督

Quality Supervision of Building Exterior Wall Insulation

目前我国建筑行业迅猛发展,人们对建筑节能、节能减排、建筑能耗等方面有更进一步的了解,生态环保逐渐深入人心,建设行政主管部门对建筑外墙保温工程的质量也加大了监督力度。但是,外墙保温工程的质量监督仍存在诸多问题,这些问题一旦被疏忽就很难保证建筑外墙保温工程的施工质量,这不仅会带来经济损失,制约着我国建筑行业的进一步发展,还将影响到人们的日常生活水平。该文结合当前建筑外墙保温工程施工中经常出现的质量问题,提出几点防治措施,对提高建筑工程外墙保温的施工质量有一定的指导作用。

Nowadays the construction industry has been rapidly developing,and people further understand construction energy saving,emission reduction,construction energy consumption and eco-environment protection as well.The construction administrative department has also strengthened supervision on exterior wall insulation.However,there are still many problems existing in exterior wall insulation engineering,and they will affect the construction quality once neglected,which not only cause economic loss,restraining the further development of Chinese construction industry,but also influence people＇s daily life.This paper,combined with the frequent quality problems in current building exterior wall insulation engineering,proposes several prevention and treatment measures for reference.
