摘要
文章利用新的环糊精衍生物—β-W7 MCT,把β-环糊精连接到纤维素表面上,使之具有消臭功能。由于分子中含有Cl原子,它能够与纤维素纤维形成稳定的共价键。并且,当取代度Ds为0.4时,环糊精保持了优良的包合性能,即使连接到纤维上也是如此。文章还研究了β-W7 MCT上染纤维素纤维时外界条件对反应的影响,例如:反应温度、p H值等。结果表明,产品在选定条件下能够固着纤维。这种包含2个~3个活性基团的环糊精衍生物有很广泛的用途。
It was utilized new CD derivative- β- W7 MCT and connected to cellulose on the surface,which made it subdue the odour- removing function. This derivative is able to form stable covalent bonds with cellulosic fiber. The optimized degree of substitution of DS was 0. 4 per β- CD derivative molecule ensured a good complexation capacity even when this derivative is fixed to surface like textile. It also studied the beta W7 MCT dyeing cellulose fiber outside condition influence on response,such as reaction temperature,p H etc.. The result showed that the product under the selected condition can fixation fiber. This consists of two or three active group of cyclodextrin derivative have a wide range of purpose.
