摘要
本文基于马斯洛需求层次理论,深度剖析了来院就医患者的多层次需求。以满足患者需求为服务目标,在医院内部设立全程式的志愿者服务模式。以实践研究的形式,通过统计志愿者服务前后的院内相关数据评估服务成效,由此引申对志愿者服务发展的思考。
Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, this paper analyzes the multi-hierarchy of patients' needs in hospital. In order to meet the demands of patients, our hospital established whole-process mode of volunteer service. This paper is a practical research to evaluate the effect of service through related data before and after volunteer service and elicit thinking on the development of volunteer service.
