摘要
以集团化模式的成员单位为个案,概要阐述其变革历程、学科人才基础设施优化和文化融合,以实施集团化管理前后的资产收入、医院管理、重点学科、科研创新、社会经济效益等进行比较分析,由此提炼出医院集团化模式的经验与思考。
Take a member hospital under collectivization mode as an example, this article expounded the reform process, optimization of discipline talent infrastructure and cultural integration in this hospital. The assets income, hospital management, key discipline, scientific research innovation, social and economic benefits before and after the implementation of collectivization were compared. According to the comparison, the experience and thinking of hospital collectivization were put forward.
