摘要
目的探讨和观察心理护理干预联合健康教育对抑郁症患者康复的影响。方法选取在我院接受治疗的抑郁症患者90例,将这些患者随机地分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预联合健康教育措施。比较两组患者干预前后的HAMD(汉密顿抑郁量表)评分、SAS(焦虑自评量表)得分以及SDS(抑郁自评量表)得分、干预前后患者生存质量评分比较。结果干预前观察组和对照组的HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组的HAMD评分优于对照组(P<0.05);患者在实施了心理护理干预联合健康教育措施后的SAS得分以及SDS得分均显著优于干预前(P<0.05);干预后的患者在健康感觉、躯体症状、睡眠状态、认知水平、参与能力方面均显著优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论实施心理护理干预联合健康教育,可以明显改善患者的心理状态以及提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore and observe the effect of psychological nursing care combined with health education on patients with depression. Methods In total of 90 patients with depression in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=45) and the observation group(n=45). Routine psychological care was adopted in both control and observation group. Patients in observation group also received psychological nursing care combined with health education. The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and life quality of patients before and after intervention in control group and observation group were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference of HAMD score between control group and observation group(P〈0.05). After intervention, HAMD score of observation group was better than that of control group(P〈0.05); SAS score and SDS score after intervention of psychological nursing care combined with health education were significantly better than that before the intervention(P〈0.05); Health perception, physical symptoms, sleep state, cognitive level and participation ability after the intervention were significantly better than that before the intervention(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing care combined with health education can significantly improve psychological state and life quality of patients.
