摘要
目的探讨知信行管理在提高新生儿护理人员洗手依从性中的应用效果。方法选取新生儿科30名护理人员为研究对象,自2015年6月起对该组护理人员实施知信行管理,从知识、行为、信念三个方面加强管理,比较管理前后护理人员手卫生知信行的情况以及依从性的变化。结果知信行管理后,护理人员在手卫生知识、信念和行为方面的得分以及总分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在规范洗手、戴一次性手套、接触新生儿洗手、使用消毒液等方面的依从性均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行管理能够强化新生儿护理人员手卫生的意识,树立手卫生的信念,规范行为,提高手卫生的依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice management in the improvement of hand washing compliance of nursing staff in neonatal department. Methods Since June, 2015, knowledge-attitude-belief-practice management was adopted among 30 nurses in neonatal department who were chosen as the research object. The management was strengthened in the aspects of knowledge, behavior and beliefs. The status quo of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of hand hygiene and compliance of wash hands before and after the management were compared. Results After knowledge-attitude-belief-practice management, scores of hand hygiene in aspects of knowledge, attitude and belief and total score of nursing staff were significantly higher than that before the management, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compliance in the aspects of hand washing, wearing disposable gloves, hand washing before contacting the newborn and using disinfectant after the management was better than that before, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-belief-practice management can strengthen the awareness of hand hygiene, set up the belief of hand hygiene, regulate behavior and improve the compliance of hand hygiene.
