摘要
低层框架房屋在地质条件差时通常采用一柱一桩基础,如临街二层商铺结构,这类房屋没有设置地下室,一些业主在这类建成建筑上私自开挖地下室以拓展使用空间,这是近年来出现的现象,其风险性很大,本文就某实例分析这类房屋的一般特点、开挖地下室的风险性,揭示其对承载力、安全性、耐久性和抗震性的危害,并提出了建议。
