摘要
目的分析T2DM患者血清脯氨酸肽酶(Prolidase)活性与DPN的相关性。方法选择70例T2DM患者,分为DPN组和单纯T2DM组。收集两组相关临床资料,比色法测定血清Prolidase活性水平。结果 DPN组血清Prolidase活性低于单纯T2DM组[(59.32±6.59)vs(85.17±6.59)U/L](P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示,血清Prolidase活性与TC、LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.39、0.33,P<0.01),与多伦多神经系统评分(TCSS)、正中神经运动传导速度(r=-0.30、-0.38,P<0.05或P<0.01)呈负相关。结论 T2DM患者血清Prolidase活性降低与血脂水平及DPN发生相关,可作为DPN的检测指标之一。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between serum prolidase activity and peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 70 type 2diabetic patients were enrolled in this cross-sectional study and divided into two groups:T2DM with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN group,n=37)and T2 DM without DPN(T2DM group,n=33).Clinical data of the two groups were collected,and serum prolidase activity levels were measured by Chinard's colorimetric method. Results Serum prolidase activity levelwas significantly lower in DPN group than in T2 DM group[(59.32±6.59)vs(85.17±6.59)U/L](P〈0.01).Association analysis showed that serum prolidase activity level was positively correlated with total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)(r=0.39 or 0.33,respectively,P〈0.01)and negatively correlated with Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)and median nerve conductive velocity(r=-0.30or-0.38,respectively,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The decreased serum prolidase activity is associated with the development of DPN in type 2diabetic patients.Serum prolidase activitycould be used to test diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
