摘要
糖尿病的发生与铁代谢异常有关,铁过载可能是T2DM的独立危险因素。铁蛋白是人体内含铁量最丰富的蛋白质。研究发现,T2DM患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平较正常人升高。铁蛋白可能通过参与铁代谢的调节、增加IR、损伤胰岛β细胞、与炎症因子相互作用促进T2DM的发生和发展。铁蛋白在T2DM的进展中发挥一定的作用,早期对其进行干预,可能降低患病风险,为T2DM的防治提供新思路。
The occurrence of diabetes is related with abnormal iron metabolism.Iron overload may be an independent risk factor for type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Ferritin is one of the proteins with highest iron content,in human body.Studies have shown that serumferritin levels in T2 DM patients were higher those in normal persons.Ferritin may be involved in the development and progression of T2 DM through regulating iron metabolism through increasing insulin resistance,injuringβcell damage,and interacting with inflammatory factors,Early intervention may reduce the risk for type 2diabetes prevention and that may provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of type 2diabetes.
