摘要
至2015年底,涪陵页岩气田焦石坝区块已累计完成压裂试气并投产191口页岩气井,建成50亿方/年生产能力。以室内实验为基础,结合生产实际,对影响涪陵页岩气水平井初期产能的主要因素开展研究,得到各影响因素与页岩气产能之间的关系。研究表明,有机碳含量(TOC)、脆性指数(BI)及单井压裂总液量是页岩气井初期产能的主控因素。其中:有机碳含量是页岩气单井高产的物质基础,和初期产能相关性最好;脆性指数其次,是页岩气单井高产的主要因素;单井压裂改造总液量是页岩气单井获得高产的必要因素,改造体积越大,增产效果越明显。
This paper,based on laboratory experiment and production practice,explores main controlling factors for early productivity of shale gas horizontal wells in Fuling and determines the relations between each factor and shale gas productivity.The main controlling factors are total organic carbon(TOC),brittleness index(BI)and total single-well fracturing liquid level,in which TOC is material basis for high-yield shale gas of the single well and has the best correlation with early production,followed by BI,the main factor for high single-well production.Total single-well fracturing liquid level is the necessary factor:the bigger fractured volume is,the more obvious yield-increasing effect is.
