坪北油田油井计量方式探讨

Oil Well Measurement Method in Pingbei Oilfield

油井产量计量是掌握油井生产动态,分析储层变化情况,科学地制定油田开发方案的重要依据。基于坪北油田方罐计量、全自动称重式计量和翻斗计量3种计量方式的评价及效益分析,提出回压高、伴生气量少的采油平台可采用方罐计量方式,反之优选采油平台采用翻斗计量方式。为了掌握油井生产工况,及时发现异常井,建议优化调整计量周期,提高动态跟踪能力。

Oil production measurement is important for knowing well about well production performance,analyzing changing conditions of oil-bearing reservoir and scientifically adopt oilfield development program.Based on analysis of the application of three forms of measurement in Pingbei Oilfield,this paper suggests that rectangular tank-based measurement method be used for the production platform with higher return pressure and fewer accompanying gas while turning-bucket measurement method for optimized production platform.It holds that measurement period should be adjusted and dynamic tracking improved to timely discover abnormal wells and grasp oil production situation.
