关于提高油井采油时率的探讨

On Improving Coefficient of Oil Production Time

在当前低油价条件下,没有新区产能补充,老区产量有逐年递减趋势,如何提高工作效率、施工质量、管理水平以提高采油时率,进而控制自然递减是目前必须考虑的问题。完善现有作业井定额制度,按工序、井深制定油井作业时长,减少拖沓施工,同时对套漏井、结盐膏井治理技术开展专项治理,减少这类井作业周期,对提高采油时率有一定积极作用。

Due to current low oil price,there is no capacity supplement from new district while oil production in matured district is decreasing year by year.Therefore,the priority should be given to improving coefficient of oil production time and controlling natural decline by improving existing system of downhole service rating,deciding the workover time length according to working procedure and hole depth and at the same time launching special projects to address casing leakage wells and salt scaling wells to decrease such workover cycle.
