摘要
DO30-E型三用表校验仪是一种四位半LED数字式交直流标准电压、电流发生器,用于检验三位半数字三用表、指针式三用表以及直流0.5级、交流1.0级以下各类表头,主要由电源及保护单元、放大单元、振荡单元、显示单元及标准电阻器等组成。DO30-E型三用表校验仪常见故障有输出电位器接触不良、表头显示紊乱、高压整流板故障、有直流输出无交流输出等,主要采用观察法、对比法、测试法和因果法等进行查找并予以排除。
The calibration instrument for testing DO30-E avometer is an ac/dc normal voltage and current generator with four-and half digital LED.It is used to test all kinds of three-and half digital avometers,pointer-type avometers and headers with 0.5grade direct current and 1.0grade alternate current.It consists of power and protection unit,amplifying unit,oscillating unit,display unit and normal resistor.Its common faults are poor contact of output potentiometer,disorder meter display,and high-voltage rectification plate fault.The solutions are observation method,correlation method,test method and causal method.
