Application of On-Line Proving Method of Multiple Electronic Manometers Based on Universal Interface Box

井下电子压力计是油田获取地层资料的常用仪器,标定装置对电子压力计的标定校验是保证仪器正常工作的不容忽视的环节。目前已有的标定装置为SBY-Q型全自动压力计标定装置。该装置只提供DDI-C电子压力计的通讯接口,而实际生产中会用到各种型号的压力计。通过设计制作一个通用接口箱,可实现SBY-Q型标定装置对多种型号压力计的标定校验。

A downhole electronic manometer is commonly used to acquire stratum data.A calibration device is used to calibrate the electronic manometer to ensure its regular operation.The existing calibration device is SBY-Q full-automatic manometer calibration device which has only one communication interface for DDI-C electronic manometer that cannot satisfy actual production in which all kinds of manometers are to be used.This paper discusses on-line proving method by which SYB-Q calibration device can calibrate multi-type manometers.
