页岩气会战模式下的基层工会工作探析

通过近两年多时间的页岩气会战,涪陵页岩气田在页岩气年产量占到全国的83%,已成为除北美地区之外的全球第一个实现大规模商业开发的页岩气田。如今的页岩气会战与过去会战有了较多区别,装备、工具及技术有了革命性的提升,施工专业分得更细,参战人员更少,社会整体物质文化生活水平已今非昔比,员工的工作生活观念发生了翻天覆地的变化,在新的环境条件下如何掌握员工的思想动态,营造会战氛围,构建和谐工区,让员工全身心投入到艰苦的会战中是摆在基层工会工作者面前的重要课题。

Fuling Shale Gasfield has become the first one to develop in a large-scale commercial manner except North America over two years exploration,with its produced shale gas accounting for 83% of annual output in China.In centralized shale gas exploration nowadays,exploration equipment,tools and technique have been updated.There are more detailed divisions of operation specialty and fewer workers to join.The workers＇ concepts of life and work have greatly changed due to improvement of overall social material and cultural living standard.How to understand the workers＇ thinking trend,create exploration battle atmosphere and build harmonious work area is the vital task for each grassroots union official to complete.
