基于ABAQUS参数化的身管尾部定位槽强度分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对实际使用过程中身管与炮尾联结部位偶尔会出现宏观裂纹的问题,以楔闩连接方式的某型小口径火炮身管为研究对象,提出一种基于ABAQUS参数化的身管尾部定位槽强度分析方法。运用ABAQUS动力学有限元分析软件,通过Python语言和plug-ins程序对身管尾部定位槽结构和载荷等进行参数化输入,使用动力显式方法对不同条件下定位槽处受力过程进行强度分析,展现定位槽与连接座的接触碰撞过程,分析不同连接座与定位槽之间间隙和不同半径槽底圆角接触面的应力应变规律,并通过试验验证有限元分析结果。分析结果表明:该方法的试验结果准确、可靠,能够提高分析效率,为身管的外形优化设计提供了参考依据。 Aiming at the problem of macroscopic crack at the location of barrel connected with receiver, a barrel tail of small caliber artillery was taken as the research object, and an intensity analysis method of parameterized tail groove of barrel in wedge connection based on ABAQUS was provided. A dynamic finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to perform the loading process of the tail groove in different fillet radius or gaps in dynamic explicit method. The analysis revealed the contact and collision procedure based on Python language and plug-ins tool to parameterize the structure and load. The stress and strain influence of different gaps or fillet radius identified by experiments has been studied, which provides referential basis for the shape optimization design of the barrel. The analysis result shows that: the test results of method is correct and reliable, it can improve analysis efficiency and give reference for barrel figure ontimal design.
