摘要
为了解决靶场信息化项目经费难以独立估算的问题,基于靶场实际,提出了不依赖开发方或第三方的经费估算方法。根据寿命周期理论,在给出靶场信息化项目经费模型的基础上,以已建信息化项目为样本,构建了软件开发费测算的线性回归模型,并给出了模型应用实例。结果表明:该方法独立客观、简单实用,可以满足靶场今后信息化项目立项论证的经费估算需要。
In order to resolve that information project fund is difficult to estimate in demonstration, need to get a method of estimating that does not depend on the developer or the third party. This paper provides an estimation model based on the theory of life cycle cost, then taking the finished information projects as sample, a linear regression model is built to calculate software development cost, and it gives an example of application. The result shows that this method is independent, objective, simple and nractical. In the future demonstration project, this method is feasible.
