维修器材军民一体化联合保障储备费用研究

Research on Store Cost of Military-civil Integrate Joint Support Maintenance Material

为解决军方维修器材库存资金占用过大、维修器材使用效率较低等问题,构建维修器材军民一体化联合保障储备费用模型。以军民一体化维修保障为研究背景,在维修器材储备中引入器材生产企业,分析军民一体化联合保障储备的结构和费用变化,提出对维修器材实施军民一体化联合保障的思路,并运用算例对军民一体化联合保障储备费用模型进行演示验证。结果表明:该模型能提高器材保障的针对性,避免维修器材的呆滞和浪费。

For military maintenance material stock cost is much too high and its usage efficiency is still low, military-civil integrate maintenance support provides a good method for resolving this problem. In this paper, it firstly put forwards a way of analyzing the structure and cost of maintenance material store by introducing the producing enterprise in maintenance material stock, then a model store cost of military-civil integrate joint support maintenance material is established, which is validated by a calculation case. The result shows that the model can improve support maintenance pertinence, avoid material stagnant and waste.
