摘要
针对地震、矿难等灾害发生后的恶劣环境下,人工探测难度大、危险性高的现状,设计一种野外环境侦察作业探测车。从底盘部分、六自由度机械臂、驱动系统和远程监控进行整体设计,并通过底盘的特殊设计保证爬坡能力的需求,构造出一种自适应越野探测车。试验结果表明:该车具有良好越野减震性能,并能够实现电控无级变速。
Considering the difficulty of artificial detection in the harsh environment after earthquakes, mining accidents and other disasters, the paper discusses the design of an all-terrain-adaptive environment-detecting machine. From the chassis part, six degrees of freedom manipulator, drive system and remote monitoring for the overall design, and through the special design of the chassis to ensure the needs of climbing ability, construct an adaptive off-road machine. The test results show that the machine has good off-road shock absorption performance, and can achieve electronically controlled continuously variable transmission.
