摘要 针对航弹装配效率低、质量不稳定等问题,基于高速自动装配及有限元分析等方法,对航弹装配技术进行研究。首先介绍了航弹自动装配系统的组成,然后采用高速自动插入技术对结弹机构进行设计,并基于有限元法对结弹过程中的弹塑性变形进行分析,最后对系统循环时间进行优化。分析结果表明:该系统能够提高航弹装配质量及生产效率,保证航弹装配生产的安全,实现了航弹高质量、高效率、安全的自动化装配。 Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and unstable quality in aircraft cannon projectile assembly process, study on aircraft cannon projectile assembly technology based on the key technologies, such as high speed automatic insertion technique and finite element analysis. First of all, the composition of the aircraft cannon projectile assembly system is introduced;: then high speed automatic insertion technique is adopted to design the structure; furthermore, the elastic plastic deformation of bullet and cartridge assembly stress is analyzed based on finite element analysis; finally, the system cycle time of the system is optimized. The results indicated that the system can improve the assembly quality and production efficiency of aircraft cannon projectile, which implements the safe, high-quality, high-efficiency automated production of aircraft cannon projectile.
