引言：9月21日,为加强超限运输车辆行驶公路管理,《超限运输车辆行驶公路管理规定》即交通运输部令2016年第62号正式实施。交通新规对货车车货总重、车货长宽高进行了明确的限定,纸、浆市场观望气氛浓郁,执行后,纸厂存延期提货计划,进口木浆市场交投量有明显下滑。
Regulations on the administration of Road management for over-limited transport vehicles(No. 62 order of Ministry of Transport, 2016), will be implemented on 21 st, September in order to strengthen the road management of over-limited vehicles. The new regulation puts limitations on the weight and detailed specifications of truck goods, making pulp& paper market stay in a depressed atmosphere constantly. What's worse, the implementation of new regulations is not conducive to the products delivery of paper manufacturers, and makes great decrease in the market exchange of import wood pulp.
