摘要
小沙龙铁矿为典型的沉积变质型铁矿,矿石中铁矿物类型繁多,包括了磁铁矿、赤褐铁矿、菱铁矿等多种类型,铁矿物嵌布极细,选矿难度很大。针对该矿石特点,创新性的采用"三段磨矿-弱磁选-中矿强磁抛尾后焙烧-再磨弱磁选"的工艺流程进行选铁试验,结果为:铁精矿品位59.57%、回收率69.36%,铁次精矿品位44.19%、回收率11.20%。
Xiaoshalong iron deposit is the metamorphosed sedimentary typical? iron deposit with many types of iron ore,which contains magnetite,siderite,hematite and limonite. The dissemination size or iron was fine in red iron ore,so it was hard to effectively separate.Directed at the ore properties,the process of three – stage grinding-low-intensity magnetic separation-roasting after high intensity magnetic separation for discarding tailings of midding –low-intensity magnetic separation after regrinding was adopted,the iron concentrate with the iron grade of 59. 57%and the recovery of 65. 30%was obtained and the secondary iron concentrate of with the iron grade of 44. 19% and the recovery of 10. 54%was obtained.
