摘要
为了探索强磁选矿对巫山桃花铁矿浮选指标的影响,优化其选矿工艺流程,根据该铁矿矿石性质及特点,进行强磁反浮选选矿的工艺研究。通过考察脉动冲次、磁场强度和流程结构条件,最终,在粗选磁场强度为0.77 T,精选磁场强度0.62 T,脉动冲次为80 Hz时,通过一粗一扫精矿精选,最终磁选精矿进行脱磷反浮选,可以把TFe品位为44.78%,磷含量为0.81%的原矿,经过强磁反浮选可以获得铁精矿TFe品位为53.37%,磷含量低于0.3%,铁回收率为72.15%技术指标。为巫山桃花铁矿选矿厂的建设提供经济合理的技术依据。
In order to explore the effectof high-intensity magnetic separation on flotation indexes in Wushan Taohua iron ore and optimize the ore mineral separation process,according to the natural characteristics of the ore in the Taohua iron ore,the process of high-intensity magnetic reverse separation is explored. By investigating pulsating speed,magnetic field intensity and structural condition of the process,when roughing flotation magnetic field intensity is 0. 77 T,concentration magnetic field intensity is 0. 62 T and pulsating speed is 80 Hz,on dephosphororation reverse flotation was carried on the magnetic concentrate by one roughing one scavenging,the raw orewith the TFe grade of 44. 78%phosphorus content of 0. 81%can be improved to the TFe grade of 53. 37%,the phosphorus content below 0. 3%and the iron recovery of 72. 15%after high-intensity magnetic-reverse flotation,which provides technical basis for the iron ore concentrator.
