摘要
本文总结了目前镍铁的冶炼工艺、综合利用现状,分析了镍铁矿热炉渣的化学组成、物理性能和性能特点。研究了镍铁矿热炉渣微粉的基础性能,探讨了其与普硅水泥、高炉矿粉比例复合制备复合胶凝材。试验结果表明,镍铁矿热炉渣活性较低,不适合单独作为水泥和混凝土掺合料使用,而用于制备复合胶凝材具有可行性。
The article summarizes the smelting process and comprehensive utilization of ferronickel,analyzes chemical composition,physical properties and performance characteristics of Fujian Desheng ferronickel. On the basis of the study of its performance,the preparation of composite cementitious material with the ordinary silicate cement and blast furnace slag was studied.The test results show that the activity of the slag is low,it is not suitable to be used as cement and concrete admixture separately,and it is feasible to prepare composite cementitious material.
