支原体对常用抗生素的耐药性分析

Drug Resistance of Mycoplasma to Usually Used Antimicrobials

目的 了解泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况。方法 应用试剂盒进行检测,选择729例支原体培养阳性标本分析研究。结果 解脲支原体（Uu）阳性占94.38％,Uu-Mh均阳性为4.66％,人型支原体（Mh）阳性0.96％,左旋氧氟沙星、米诺环素、多西环素耐药性较低,合并人型支原体感染可使耐药性提高,且存在多重耐药。结论 进行支原体培养及耐药试验有助于泌尿生殖道支原体感染的治疗。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of infection and drug resistance of Mycoplasma in urogenital tract. METHODS Special agent kit was used and 729 specimens were analysed with Mycoplasma positive. RESULTS The positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) alone was 94. 38% ,of Uu Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) both was 4. 66% , of Mh alone was 0. 96% , respectively. Their resistance to levofloxacin, minocyclin and oxycy-cline was low , Uu-Mh showed higher and of Mh alone drug resistance > espeuialby was multidrug resistance than Uu. CONCLUSIONS Culturing and resistance monitoring of Mycoplasma have an important significance in clinical chemotherapy.
