摘要
各国的经济发展实践表明合理的产业结构有助于提高劳动力资源的配置效率,劳动力配置效率的提高又会反过来促进产业结构的优化调整。论文将济南市作为研究对象,通过分析其产业结构和就业结构的演变过程及其特征、产业结构与就业结构的协调程度、产业结构调整对劳动力的配置效率等问题,提出相应的政策建议,以期实现济南市产业结构的优化调整与劳动力配置效率的提高。
Experience of economy development in many countries indicates an interaction between the optimization of industrial structure and the improvement of allocative efficiency of labor resources. Based on a study on Jinan, this article analyzes the changing course, feature and coordination degree of the industrial structure and employment structure, and the impact of adjustment of industrial structure on allocative efficiency of labor resources. The relevant countermeasures are put forward.
