摘要
文章选取中国地方政府创新奖中的8个优胜奖进行分析比较,总结出地方政府创新得以成功的关键因素,从中得出对当前实现社会治理现代化的启示在于:一是坚持共产党的领导;二是力求政治体制改革和经济体制改革的一致性;三是厘清政府职责,实现"政社互动";四是注重对典型案例的分析和推广。
8 sessions of Chinese Local Governance Innovations Awards have been held since 2000 and 70 winning prizes have been awarded to participators. Based on an analysis and comparison on the 8 wining cases selected, the key elements of the success in local government innovation are summarized, from which some inspirations to achieve the modernization of social management are drawn. The inspirations include the leading of the CPC, coherence of structural reform in political and economic areas, interaction of government and the society and emphasis on the analysis and promotion of typical cases.
