The Study on Constructing the Long-term Mechanism of County-level Financial Support for the Targeted Poverty Alleviation——A Case of Heshui County in Gansu Province

实施精准扶贫,缓解贫困是实现共同富裕的内在要求,也是实现全面小康和现代化建设的一场攻坚战。本文通过对合水县金融支持精准扶贫做法、取得的成效及存在问题进行调查分析,提出了对策性建议,力争在金融支持精准扶贫工作长效机制建设上取得突破。

Taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty is the inherent requirement to realize common prosperity, and is also a battle to realize the comprehensive well-off and modernization. The paper investigates and analyzes the practices, effects and existing problems of Heshui county financial support for targeted poverty alleviation, and puts forward countermeasure suggestion striving make a breakthrough on the construction of the working mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation.
