随着国际经济技术合作与交流活动的逐步扩大,经济全球化趋势的不断加强,以及不同国家间法律文化的广泛传播,世界各国法律制度之间的趋同化走势愈加显著。李双元审时度势,以国际经济一体化为视角,以国际社会本位理念为起点,以构建国际民商新秩序为目标,兼容公私,纵观内外,提出独树一帜的法律趋同化思想。我们应当充分认识其思想精髓,以促进法律统一化进程和完善国内立法为重点,为我国"一带一路"战略的实施、健全法律环境提供科学的理论指引。

With the gradual expansion of international economic and technology cooperation, ac-tivity exchange, continuous reinforcement on the trend of economy globalization, as well as the wide-spread of different legal cultures among countries, the convergence of laws of different countries is becoming increasingly significant. From the perspective of international economic integration, based on the idea of international community orientation, targeting new international civil and commercial order, compatible with public and private, throughout the domestic and abroad, Li Shuangyuan as-sesses the situation and put forward unique ideology of legal convergence. We should fully under-stand the essence of it, focusing on promoting the legal harmonization process and improving the do-mestic legislation, to provide theoretical guidance for sound legal environment and implementation of the “One Belt One Road” strategy.
