摘要
以脱墨渣飞灰为固化剂,对污泥进行稳固化处理,结果显示:飞灰固化处理危险废物的过程中,飞灰与废物的添加比越大,对有毒物质的稳定包容效果越好,废物的浸出毒性越低。在实际操作中,可根据飞灰和污泥的产生量,调整其在稳固化过程中的比例,达到以废治废。采用飞灰稳固化,不仅可以将污泥内的重金属浸出远远控制在填埋控制标准以下,同时还可以形成具有良好填埋性能的固化体,减轻了渗滤液处理的负担,大大降低了填埋风险及环境风险。
Solidification and stabilization have been the treatment technology used prior to disposal in landfills and played important roles in hazardous waste management.Solidification and stabilization of deinking slag fly ash and sludge (both hazardous waste)could reduce the toxicity characteristic leaching procedure of the hazardous waste (heavy metal toxicity,COD,etc.),increase the compressive strength for disposal,and also reduce the risks for operating maintenance.
