摘要
用实例对城市污泥资源化集中处置(水泥窑协同)的大气环境影响进行了评价,分析了防治对策,认为:水泥窑处置废弃物处理温度高、焚烧空间大、焚烧停留时间长,处理规模大、无二次渣排放;采用这种国际上先进的技术和装备,在服务社会的同时,也将有效地解决城市污水处理厂污泥处理处置问题,实现生态友好的目标。
Sludge resource centralized treatment provided city government a new way to harmlessly recycle the sludge.The influence of the centralized disposal method on atmospheric environment was evaluated.The prevention measures were put forward as well.The cement kiln technology had many advantages of high temperature,spacious incineration space,long detention time,large treatment volume and no second discharge of sludge.This advanced technology would deal with the sludge issue effectively to serve the social well and to realize the goal of environmen-talfriendly.
