企业信息安全事件应急响应效果的影响因素

Influence Factor of Enterprise's Emergency Response Effect to Information Security Event

通过分析、总结企业信息安全应急或其他领域应急的相关文献,提出了应急响应组织结构、应急响应队伍、应急预案和信息安全文化正向影响应急响应效果的研究假设。利用调研数据,对研究假设进行了验证。结果显示:企业的应急响应组织结构越高效,应急响应效果越好;应急预案和信息安全文化对应急响应效果具有显著的正向影响;应急响应队伍的专业知识和技能对应急响应效果具有显著的正向影响。

Through analyzing and concluding the related literatures on information security emergency or other emergency,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis that emergency response organization,emergency response team,emergency plan and information security culture impact emergency response effect.Then it uses the questionnaire survey data to test the above research hypothesis.The results show as follows：the more effective emergency response organization,the better emergency response;emergency plan and information security culture positively impact emergency response effect,as well as special knowledge and skill.
