During the period of the thirteenth Five-Year Plan,Jiangsu is facing the transformation of economic growth momentum from the investment and exports to expanding consumption.In order to adapt to the changes of the new situation,Jiangsu should take measures to make economy enter into a new normal,which are to increase citizen income,improve the social security system,promote the healthy development of the domestic trade circulation,standardize the market order of the consumption,and so on.These lay agood foundation of the sustainable development for Jiangsu economy.
