摘要
研究煤炭循环富氧燃烧对降低污染影响,在提高能源利用率方面具有重要意义。通过分析使用率较高的煤种样品在不同氧气浓度变化下的热重(TG)曲线及失重(DTG)曲线对应的动力学参数的变化,得到随着氧气浓度的增加,3种煤样的着火温度及燃烬温度以及峰值温度的相应变化。通过分析Coats-Redfern积分法对相应煤种的呈现的活化能以及频率因子等燃烧动力学参数实现计算,不同煤种体现的活化能均有增加,频率因子也随之增加。实验结果表明:通过富氧燃烧技术实施的不同生产线对应的不同工况能源消耗均有所较少。
Research on large data of oxygen- enriched combustion coal circulation influence to reduce pollution, it is of great significance in terms of energy efficiency. In this paper, through the analysis of characteristics of oxygen-enriched combustion technology for coal combustion energy-saving features.Through the analysis of the utilization rate of large data provide higher coal samples under different oxygen concentration changes of thermogravimetric curve(TG) and weightlessness(DTG) curve of the corresponding kinetic parameters change. Get along with the increase of the oxygen concentration of three kinds of coal sample ignition temperature and combustion temperature and peak temperature state of the corresponding change. By analyzing the Coats- Redfern integral method for the corresponding rendering of activation energy and frequency factor of coal combustion kinetics parameters calculation,different reflect the activation energy of coal are increased, the frequency factor also will increase. By the experimental results show that: through the oxygen- enriched combustion technology on the implementation of different production line corresponding to different condition has less energy consumption.
