漳州市献血人群Rh(D)阴性血型人群分布

Distribution of Rh( D)- negative Blood Groups in Blood Donors in Zhangzhou City

目的通过对漳州市无偿献血者红细胞上D抗原进行检测,了解Rh(D)阴性血型在人群中的分布情况,建立漳州市Rh(D)阴性献血者的检索库,利于血源的合理统筹安排,保障临床的急诊用血需求。方法对检验科送检的已经过初筛阴性的标本,分别用三个不同厂家的试剂或同一厂家但三个不同批号的试剂,采用经典的间接抗人球蛋白试验做Rh(D)阴性的确认试验。结果 2015年1月至2016年3月,本血站总献血人数达39876人次,检验科送检了157份Rh(D)初检阴性的标本,经确认为Rh(D)阴性的153份,4份为弱D,减少了输血不良反应。结论 Rh(D)阴性确认试验的开展既能保障临床用血的安全,避免把Rh(D)阳性血输给Rh(D)阴性者,造成输血不良反应,又有利于Rh(D)阴性无偿献血者检索库的建立,保障了临床的急需用血,同时便于与稀有血型献血者联系,有利于血源的合理统筹安排及推广。

Objective In Zhangzhou,non remunerated blood donation are red blood cel s D antigen was detected. To understand the distribution of Rh（ D） negative blood type in the people,established the city of Rh（ D） negative blood donors retrieval library,took a reasonable overall arrangement,ensure the clinical emergency blood needs. Methods specimens of laboratory inspection has been screening negative,respectively,with three different manufacturers of the reagent or with a manufacturers but three different batches of reagents used in classic of indirect anti human globulin test of Rh（ D） negative confirmation test. Results January 2015 to March 2016,153 specimens of the total number of blood donors in 39876 specimens were Rh（ D） negative,4 copies of weak D and reduce the blood transfusion adverse reactions. Conclusion Rh（ D） negative confirmation test carried out to ensure the clinical blood safety,avoid the Rh（ D） positive blood transfusion to Rh（ D） negative patients caused by blood transfusion adverse reactions,and is conductive to the Rh（ D） negative unpaid blood donors retrieval library establishment,guarantee the clinical need blood transfusion requirements,and is convenient to the rare blood donors.
