全膝关节置换患者出院后的延续性护理效果

Evaluation of the Effect of Continuing Care on Patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨延续性护理在全膝关节置换出院后的应用效果。方法选取2015年1—12月收治的行全膝关节置换术的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规出院随访,观察组在常规随访基础上增加延续性护理,记录术后12周内两组的生活自理能力及术后12周时膝关节HSS评分,并进行组间对比。结果观察组生活自理能力恢复快于对照组,术后6周起两组Bathel评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后12周观察组膝关节HSS评分优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院后延续性护理有助于患者在全膝关节置换术后获得更好的膝关节功能,更快恢复生活自理能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing care in total knee arthroplasty. Methods sixty patients with funilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group was given routine discharge follow- up,while patients in intervention group were added continuing nursing on the basis of control group. The life self-care ability in 12 weeks after operation and HSS scores by 12 weeks after operation of 2 groups were compared. Results The recover of life self- care ability of patients in the intervention group were faster than those in the control group,the Bathel scores by 6 weeks after operation of 2 groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The HSS score＇s excellent rate of patients in the intervention group were significant higher than those in the control group 12 weeks after operation（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Continuing nursing can make patients with total knee arthroplasty to gain a better knee function and a faster recover of life self- care ability.
