高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗进展

Clinical Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in Elderly Patients

股骨粗隆间骨折是临床常见的四肢骨折类型,多因跌倒、撞击等直接暴力或间接暴力所致,临床调查结果显示老年人是股骨粗隆间骨折的高发人群,并且随着老龄化的加剧,股骨粗隆间骨折的发生率随之升高。目前高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折临床常用的治疗手段为保守治疗与手术治疗,对于满足手术指征,以及身体可耐受的高龄患者临床推荐进行切开复位内固定的方式以最大程度恢复下肢活动功能。

Femoral intertrochanteric fracture was a common clinical limb fracture type,mostly due to directly or indirectly violence such as fal-ing,impact,etc. Clinical investigation results showed that older people were high- risk population of intertrochanteric fracture, the incidence of which was increased when the human aged. The conservative and surgical treatment commonly used or elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Elderly Patients accorded with the surgical indications and physical tolerance,will gain the clinical recommendations for a open reduction and internal fixation to restore the lower limb function to the greatest extent.
