摘要 Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路是一条在进化中高度保守的信号通路,在哺乳动物发育、代谢、干细胞维持和肿瘤发生等基本生物学过程中,发挥重要作用。近期研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在肺纤维化的发生发展过程中,起着不可替代的调控作用。现就有关Wnt/β-catenin信号通路调控肺纤维化的研究进展进行总结,为寻找肺纤维化的研究新方向与治疗新靶点提供支持。 The Wnt/β- catenin pathway was an evolutionarily highly conserved signaling pathway which plays an important role in mammalian development,metabolism,stem cell maintenance,tumorigenesis and other biological processes. In recent years,many studies have demonstrated that Wnt / β- catenin signaling pathway plays an irreplaceable role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis disease. In the present review,we summarized research progress between the Wnt /β- catenin and the process of pulmonary fibrosis to supply novel aspects of fundamental explorations and new pharmaceutical targets against this disease.
