Emission Characteristics and Prevention and Control Countermeasures of VOCs of Petrochemical Industry in Dalian

大连石化企业挥发性有机物(VOCs)的排放具有排放量大、排放点分散、排放物种复杂的特点,各工艺环节仍存在设备泄漏点多、无组织排放量大、工艺废气和废水处理系统VOCs收集和处理不及时等问题。在政府给予完善立法、严格执行排放标准等政策保障的同时,石化企业则应采取LDAR技术、严控储运装卸环节操作及收集处理工艺废气等措施降低VOCs废气的泄漏和排放。

Emission characteristics of Volatile Organic Compounds （VOCs） of Dalian petroche-mical enterprises were analyzed as huge emissions, dispersed discharge points and the complexity of the emission species in this article. There are many problems in various process such as equipment leak, too much unorganized emissions, lack of collection and treatment of VOCs from craft waste gas and sewage treatment system. The government should provide such policy guaran-tees as perfecting the legislation and executing emission standards strictly, meanwhile petrochem-ical enterprises should take effective measures, including using LDAR, controlling operations of storage, transportation and loading, collecting and treating craft waste gas, to reduce leakage and emissions of VOCs.
