Study of Uncertainty in the Equal Thickness Interference Experiment

通过对牛顿环等厚干涉实验测量结果的数据处理研究,分析了测量结果中不确定度产生的原因和作用,提出不等精度测量采用不确定度评定的必要性。

The equal thickness interference experiment of Newton ring was studied,the reason and action of uncertainty component were analyzed and proposed.According to the measured result and analysis,the uncer-tainty evaluation is essential in the measurement of unequal precision.
