创新驱动战略与民办高校科研工作的创新

Innovation Driven Strategy and Innovation of Scientific Research in Private Colleges

民办高校存在科研体制机制不完善、科研团队建设不足、科研平台建设不能满足需要等与创新驱动战略不相适应的问题。必须做出改革和创新,应当采取深化体制机制改革、激发科技创新活力;抓好人才队伍建设,形成科研创新团队;鼓励学生创新创业,发挥科研育人作用;加大科研经费投入,改善科研工作条件等举措,促进民办高校科研实力和竞争力提高,让民办高校真正为国家、社会做出服务和贡献。

The private colleges exist such problems as incomplete mechanism of scientific research system,lack of scientific research team building,scientific research platform construction can＇t meet the need and can＇t adapt to innovation driven strategy and so on. We should make reform and innovation. We should deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms to stimulate technological innovation and vitality; build talent team construction to form scientific research and innovation team; encourage students to innovation entrepreneurship to elaborate the role of educating people for scientific research; increase research funding to improve the conditions of scientific research work and other initiatives,in order to promote scientific research strength and competitiveness of private universities,make the private colleges and universities to do contribution and service for the country and society.
