摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件,选择NRTL活度系数方程和Hayden-O’connell逸度系数方程的热力学模型,应用系统中的Rad Frac精馏模块对醋酸乙烯酯精馏塔进行模拟,模拟值与实际值基本吻合。讨论了塔釜循环温度、塔顶废VA排出量、塔釜废VA排出量等参数对精馏分离精度与能耗的影响,提出优化方案为:塔釜循环温度为82.5℃,塔顶废VA排出量为45kg/h,塔釜废VA排出量为110kg/h。
The use of Aspen Plus software, a thermodynamic model of Connell coefficient equation of NRTL activity coefficient equation and Hayden-O ', the RadFrac module in the application system of vinyl acetate distillation column was simulated, the simulation results accord with the actual value. The tower, VA tower waste discharge cycle temperature affect the amount of waste discharge and reboiler VA parameters such as precision and energy consumption of distillation separation,proposed optimization scheme:tower circulating temperature is 82.5℃ , the discharge amount of waste VA is 45kg/hr,wastes VA emissions is 110kg/h.
