水下承压锻件设计分析

摘要 水下设施常采用各种非标准的承压锻件以满足尺寸空间、结构支撑或流体流动要求。水下锻件是水下设施管道系统的重要组成部分。水下承压锻件为非标准件,需基于成熟工程经验结合规范要求进行综合考虑。本文基于规范要求对应力线性化分析理论进行了阐述,同时结合南海深水气田开发项目对水下锻件的设计特点、分析方法、分析流程进行了介绍,重点总结了分析结果的处理方法。通过对锻件一端施加一定的弯矩,将轴向应力值与理论值进行比较,得到了部件的应力集中系数,为下一步的管道分析计算提供依据。 Underwater installations are often used to meet the requirements of size, structure, or fluid flow in a variety of non standard pressure forgings. Underwater forging is an important part of the pipeline system of underwater facilities. Underwater pressure bearing forgings are non standard parts, which need to be considered comprehensively based on the mature engineering experience combined with the specification requirements. Based on the requirements of the corresponding linearized stress analysis theory is discussed, combined with the South China Sea gas field development project design, characteristics of underwater forging analysis methods and analysis process are introduced, processing methods and summarizes the analysis results. By comparing the axial stress value with the theoretical value, the stress concentration factor of the component is obtained by applying a certain bending moment, which can provide the basis for the next step.
